Pool will be open from May 1 to September 30. For safety reasons no children (or adults) are allowed in the pool area from October 1 to April 30

Admittance only to residents in good standing and their accompanied guests. Guests are not allowed without resident present

No children under 12 are permitted to swim under any circumstances without a parent or other obligated adult (16 or older) present

There are no lifeguards at the pool. Swim at your own risk

Unattended solo swimming is prohibited

No swimming allowed when lightning and thunder can be seen or heard. No one will be allowed to swim with open or infected wounds

All members are required to familiarize their children with all pool rules. Parents are responsible for their children, whether that parent is at the pool or not

For safety reasons there can be no running, pushing, jumping in on others, dunking or/and holding others under the water. No diving in the shallow area

Any food items taken to the pool or immediate area surrounding the pool are the responsibility of the homeowner
-
No glass, bottles, chinaware nor items in breakable containers are allowed in the pool area.

No smoking in the pool area

Gum is not permitted in the pool or pool area

All trash must be placed in the receptacles provided

Each person when leaving the pool area must clean up after themselves

Put chairs back in place and put down the umbrellas

No alcoholic beverages are allowed for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21). Consumption of alcoholic beverages is a matter of personal preference. A person showing signs of intoxication will be denied use of the facilities and is subject to suspension and/or expulsion

Loitering in or around the bathroom area is not allowed

The Board of Directors and the Clubhouse Committee has the authority to disallow exuberant play that may interfere with the enjoyment of the pool by others

The Board of Directors and Clubhouse Committee shall have the authority when they deem necessary to expel anyone at any time for misbehavior, use of abusive language, or apparent intoxication. Those individuals may not return to the pool area until the following day

Water wings, children's small round floats, snorkel tubes, face masks, and soft plastic balls under 12" diameter are permitted

No pets, bicycles, skateboards or other vehicles are allowed in the pool area

Babies in diapers must also wear rubber pants

Cut-offs and other improper swimwear are not allowed in the pool

The number of guests allowed at any given time will be limited to six per family, unless previous arrangements in writing have been made and approved by the Clubhouse Committee

The health and safety of members and their guests is ultimately their own responsibility

The Weston Neighborhood Association(s) and Clubhouse Committee assume no responsibility. Members or their guests can have no claim against the Weston Neighborhood Association(s) or Clubhouse Committee for any accident or injury. The Weston Neighborhood Association(s) and Clubhouse Committee are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property

The Clubhouse Committee will handle subjects not covered by the above rules

Each family may have up to two pool parties per year with no more than 15 people per event. However, the pool cannot be reserved for exclusive use. The clubhouse cannot be rented in conjunction with a pool party
